3. Appointments and Scheduling
All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We strive to arrive on time; however, delays due to weather, traffic, or emergencies may occur. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

5. Estimates and Pricing
HVAC Bone's estimates are based on the initial inspection and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered. All pricing will be discussed and approved before work begins.

6. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods. A late fee may apply to past-due invoices.

7. Warranty and Guarantee
We stand behind our work. Most services from HVAC Bone come with a [30-day/90-day/1-year] labor warranty, and equipment may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by service and product—please ask for details.

8. Liability
HVAC Bone is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, neglected systems, or improper installations not performed by us. We are fully licensed and insured to protect our customers and team.

9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe and transparent access to all service areas. Please inform us in advance if special arrangements are needed (e.g., attic access, pets secured).
 
10. Changes to Terms
HVAC Bone reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions anytime. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
